Su-27 Flanker B was received by the Ukraine in 2012, and it was created to defy the superiority of the fourth generation U.S. fighters. First flown on May 20, 1977, there were over 30 active Su-27s in various versions located with the 831st Tactical Aviation Brigade and 39th Separate Tactical Aviation Squadron.
Designed in a blue digital camo pattern from the Ukrainian Air Force, is this 1/72 scale, Hobby Master, die cast model of the Su-27 Flanker B. It comes with an open canopy that shows a detailed cockpit, interchangeable extended/retracted landing gear, a presentation stand for display, and detachable ordnance loads. Constructed with metal with some plastic components, it measures 12" long and 8" wide.
