This depiction is of an aerial dogfight on May 1, 1982, in which Lt. Steve Thomas of the Royal Navy — flying his Sea Harrier FRS1 — fires a Sidewinder missile at Argentinean Lt. Carlos Perona and his Mirage III, accounting for one of his three kills during the conflict.
