Stan Stokes. The Royal Flying Corps' top-scoring WWI ace was William "Billy" Bishop, a Canadian, who scored 72 victories. Awarded the Victoria Cross, he was the first pilot to surpass the record of famed British Ace Albert Ball. Here, that RFC ace is depicted early in his career flying a Nieuport against a German Albatros. 16"x 11½" limited edition print is signed and numbered by the artist.
