|Major Paddy Mayne 1/30 Figure |
The Special Air Service (SAS) was a unit of the British Army during World War II, formed in 1941 as a commando force operating behind enemy lines in North Africa and Europe.
Finely detailed and painted by hand, this 1/30 scale, metal King & Country figure of SAS founding member Major "Paddy" Mayne - who destroyed more than 130 German and Italian aircraft on the ground during night raids on Axis airfields in Egypt and Libya - is historically accurate right down to his tattered desert uniform and realistic equipment. Measures 2½" tall and arrives ready to display.
