|The Black Sheep Squadron Autographed Photo |
This reprint of an authentic World War II photograph of Greg "Pappy" Boyington's Black Sheep Squadron captures the members of VMF-214 during a respite between missions when, as a publicity stunt, they were given a St. Louis Cardinals baseball cap for every Japanese plane shot down. 10"x 8" photo is signed by Black Sheep pilots Tom Emerich, Ed Harper, and Jim Hill - each of whom served two tours of duty under CO Boyington - and Boyington wingman, 7-victory ace Bob McClurg. Includes a certificate of authenticity and a full history.
