Built using the chassis of the T-34 tank, the SU-122 was a Soviet self-propelled howitzer used on the Eastern Front beginning in December of 1942. The "122" designation refers to its weapon, a 122mm M-30S howitzer. More than 1,100 were manufactured though production did cease by the summer of 1944.
This 1/72 scale, metal and plastic model features finely textured surfaces, a moveable 122mm cannon, realistic tracks, and authentic markings. Measures approximately 3¾" long.
